These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services made available under the names BharatiExam and MyExamDesk (collectively, the “Services”) by TopperGenix Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

The contracting legal entity is TopperGenix Technologies LLP. The primary application URL configured for our platform is https://myexamdesk.com. You may access the Services through other domains or hostnames operated by us (for example, https://myexamdesk.com); these Terms apply regardless of the domain you use.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to bind your institute, organization, or yourself (as applicable) when registering for or using the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription or agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.

3. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are as presented at the time of purchase or as set out in your order or agreement. Amounts may be subject to applicable taxes (such as GST) as stated at checkout or on invoices. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms depend on your plan, jurisdiction, and the agreement in place at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in your order, fees may be non-refundable. Contact us for specific requests; we will respond in line with applicable law and our stated policies.

5. Content and data

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts at applicable locations in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
